Shipping Policy

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. It will include your order number, shipping method and tracking information. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route to you.

In-stock orders can take 2-5 business days to be processed and shipped. Please note that pre-order items may take 4-6 weeks to ship. Please also note that in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments (i.e., in the case of pre-order, backorder, personalized items and items ordered from two or more vendors).

Where We Ship

We currently ship to U.S. addresses including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories.

Shipping Costs

United States:

A standard shipping rate (2 to 3 business day transit) on all orders before taxes will be calculated at checkout. Please note that order processing may take 2-5 business days after the order is placed for standard shipping.

Applicable sales tax will be charged on merchandise total, where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and itemized on the order summary page.

Shipping 
Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item(s) over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Refund Policy

Refunds

Refunds will only be accepted on Full Price items if you contact Wallace+Pfeiffer within 10 days of merchandise delivery.  Your original method of payment will be credited upon our receipt of your return, providing the merchandise is in NEW/UNUSED condition, and all tags are still attached.

Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift-giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and s/he will be aware of your return.

Cancellation

You may cancel any order if you contact [email protected] within 1 hour of order receipt.  After this time, your order has moved into fulfillment, and unfortunately cannot be canceled.

Returns

Returns will only be accepted if you contact Wallace+Pfeiffer within 10 days of merchandise delivery.  Your original method of payment will be credited upon our receipt of your return, providing the merchandise is in NEW/UNUSED condition. Return shipping is your responsibility.  We recommend you insure the package and use tracking to trace your return.
